For decades Recycling has been considered as the best way to handle our trash. And it makes sense, new products are created out of our trash that would otherwise be thrown away. But what can we actually recycle and how does it work? In New York, only 50% of recyclables actually enter the recycling stream. Something that should be so simple has become quite complicated.
