Patiis Downhill/Enduro, San Mateo, Rizal Patiis Downhill Enduro Trail located at San Mateo, Rizal is one of the steepest mountain bike trail I have ever ridden. The trails were steep but not that much technical compared to 3 skulls were I always ride every weekend. The trail is so enjoyable because of the smooth berms and the steep terrain.
