Had to use the boat to knock the door down. Horses stranded in deep water almost 2 miles from dry land with the river still rising. Dog wandering around flood waters. Dogs rescued with family. All took place in Chinquapin, NC where historic flooding of the Northeast Cape Fear River has completely flooded a town and cut off another.
