4 ducks breast, 1/4 cup shitake mushroom 1/2 cup carrot and snow peas, 4 TBS ginger, 2 TBS garlic, a few dry hot chili, 1 braised porch, 3 TBS hoisin sauce, 2 TBS oyster sauce, 3 TBS honey, 1/4 cup duck soy sauce to taste, add stock or water half way up to the duck....best to serve with white rice or buns. you can serve the duck cold too:)
