I really LOVE trouts. Literally! I eat 2 of them almost every second or third day - that's almost 300 trouts a year FTW. Anyway - usually I make these trouts in the oven, which is really delicious because the skin crisps up a little bit, they don't become dry and it's very simple. But another way to prepare them I have used quite often during the last couple of weeks is truite au bleu aka Forelle Blau aka trout blue. And as a trout expert I can say: this preparation method is definitely Donit approved! :P If you use instant broth it's also really simple to make, but you can also easily turn it into a fancy dish by making a real vegetable broth and serving it with some roasted or steamed potatoes, a salad on the side, some butter and lemon juice on top and of course some parsley to make it look fancy.
