A lost dog was reunited with her owners after she was spotted at an adoption event by chance. Mocha the dog (know as Sandy by the animal rescue group) was seen in the back of a truck by her former owner who then followed her to the event. The family initially lost Mocha after leaving her with a friend whilst they went on holiday.
