This figure popped up on Amazon back in May under the name "Pokemon 12" Epic Figure - 1"...turns out it was a new Rillaboom Epic Battle Figure by Wicked Cool Toys! It's pretty hefty and detailed for a $20 figure, I'm really impressed! I found out that it's actually closer to 7" rather than the advertised 12", but I suppose that's more of an indicator of the Epic Battle Figure scale.
