Japan isn't famous for its cheese but this cheese maker in Hiruzen (Okayama Prefecture) has been making his own cheese for years. Meet Kawai-san. He started when he couldn't find the cheese he wanted to eat in Japan. His passion took him all over the world, to Europe and the US - and beyond. He also has his own Jersey Milk cows, everything done in the same place.
