Lamb Rump Salt & Pepper 1 Tbsp x Olive Oil 25g x Butter 2 x Sprigs of Rosemary 2 x Cloves of Garlic 1. Take the steak out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. 2. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and rub onto the steaks until fully coated. 3. Season generously on both sides with salt and pepper. 4. Place a frying pan over high heat, once smoking place in the steaks laying away from you. Cook for 2 minutes. 5. After 2 minutes turn the steaks over and add into the pan 25g of butter, 2 sprigs of rosemary and two cloves of garlic. 6. Cook for a further 2 minutes basting the steaks with the infused garlic butter. 7. Take from the pan and rest for 2 more minutes. Slice up and enjoy!
