The second part of my Flail FAQ series. Here I summarize my thoughts on the mangual regarding the question of whether it was a real weapon that was actually used, or just a training tool. Of course I can't prove my conclusion at the end, it is my personal opinion under the pure aspect of the handling of this "weapon".
