It’s a competitive Examination conducted by the Commission of respective Province. It includes written test, psychological test and interview. The candidate who passes these 3 stages is offered a government job as First Class Officer (Grade 17). Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) conducts PMS for Punjab every year where only Punjab domicile holder candidate can apply. Eligibility Criteria No gender boundaries i.e. male, female and transgender can apply. Candidate must have a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd division from a recognized educational institution/university. The age limit for a PMS candidate is 21 to 30 years. 5 years upper age relaxation for the government officials serving for at least 4 years (subject to the certificates issued by their respective departments) 10 years of upper age relaxation for the special persons (subject to the submission of disability certificate).
