Kicking off season 2013 with a MONSTER....... I have found some nice roots but It seemed as though I would never get a chance to record one because they are so rare and sometimes I forget the camera, or its raining and I can not carry it, I just forgot it at home etc., but today Praise God I had it with me and found this beautiful 12 prong root that weighed .33 dirty and .29 once washed It is a truly beautiful monster wild ginseng root and I thank God that he let me find it. Also there are some green berries still on this plant but if you will notice there is red berries at .21,23 also .28 that where phasing .33 It was after September before I found this plant. The berries that where not where close enough to reproduce. Green berries wil reproduce when they are that close to being red especially phasing. All of the seed was planted as I always plant the seed. And the seed will produce off spring as they where matured seed. I completely believe in seed reproduction and will not dig if the seed is not capable of reproduction. I have been digging for over 30 years and have many transplanted plants that I use for berries to plant and I plant berries at this stage all the time to keep turkeys from getting them and it is ok. Now they must be phasing and full. They can not be small green berries. This plant was dug after September 1st. Billy.
