Today we're in Rotherhithe exploring Marc and Isambard Kingdom Brunel's tunnel, the Mayflower, the old school and secret jail of Rotherhithe village, the ships, the boats and the sloops of this maritime sort-of-peninsula in south east London. There's so much I could have mentioned that I'll try and get to next time, I really do intend to make Exploring Canada Water as soon as possible. The only thing it occurs to me I've missed out is why it's interchangeably called Redriff up until maybe the mid-1900s, good luck with that.
