Taronga's Australian Fauna team made an expedition to the Colo River to return a rehabilitated male Platypus to the wild. 'George' was brought to Taronga’s Wildlife Hospital a few months ago by WIRES after he was found by a caring member of the public. Although he was lethargic and emaciated, he made a quick recovery. What an incredible moment for everyone involved! #ForTheWild Don't forget to subscribe to Taronga! http://youtube.com/user/TarongaSydney/?sub_confirmation=1 Connect with Taronga: Web: https://taronga.org.au/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/tarongazoo/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tarongazoo/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/tarongazoo LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/taronga-conservation-society-australia/ Taronga Conservation Society Australia is an Australian Government based, non-profit organisation which works to conserve wildlife and habitat across Australia and the world.
