Grabbing for a kettlebell can help add a new dimension to your workout. If you don't have a kettlebell, use a dumbbell in it's place. Let's get in our workout gear, warm up to boost performance and reduce your chance of injury, press play and let's go!! Train hard, sweat hard. Earn it!! Enjoy today's workout. Please feel free to modify any moves to make them work for you. You can do this by changing the angle of your body, reducing your impact, range of motion, speed, number or reps or reducing weight/load. Equipment required: Kettlebell (feel free to swap dumbbells in place of a kettlebell) ***Please note I workout bare foot as that works for me. Please wear foot attire that works for you.*** Workout breakdown: 6 Reps and 6 Rounds + 4 Minute Flow Finisher 6x6 Moves - Complete 6 Reps of each move x 6 Rounds for time 1. 6. Cross Body Clean to Pivot Press R1L2R3L4R5L6 2. 6 Sets of 3 Squat Hops and 2 Snatch (1R +1L) 3. 6 Lunge Pass Through R+L=1 4. 6 Surrender with Bottoms Up Hold R1L2R3L4R5L6 5. 6 Sets 2 Deadlifts, 2 Sprawls 6. 6 Leg Drop, Reach Over, Leg Lift, Lat Pull and Fingers to Toes Crunch 7. 6 Sets 3 Weighted Russian Twist + 1 Non Weighted 8. 6 Side Lunge Tap + Clean and Side Lunge Racked R1L2R3L4R5L6 4 Minute Flow Finisher 2 Push Ups 2 Kick Throughs 6 SA Swing Switch High Fives Repeat Make sure you take the time to do a proper cool down.
