This was an Interchange raid where I was trying to complete part of a weekly to kill scavs. I uncapped the frames by disabling V sync in Nvidia control panel + in game and then enabling Reflex. Games feel like they run smoother and FPS ranges seem higher to me in 11 than 10. I will do an actual comparison with numbers soon.
