For 2 months I've been trying to diagnose this stutter I've been having with my new Ryzen build. I finally figured it out and I hope this works for others. It turns out I had unintentionally installed the AMD Sata Controller which conflicts with the Windows 10 Default Sata Controller. Unless you are running an older OS than Win10 you should not be using AMD Sata Controller as it will cause instability. Instructions 1. (Optional - For NVidia Driver Latency) Download this utility (link below) to change your GPU mode from IRQ to MSI as I do in the video. Run as administrator, find your GPU on the list, tick the MSI box and restart your PC. 2. (PC Stutter Fix - For storport.sys error) Open your device manager, find you Sata Controllers under IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, under properties and driver roll back your driver to windows default.
