All Of Art is a non-profit decentralized web-based platform consisting of three main components: 1. neural network-based artworks search system; 2. aggregator of social networks for artists; 3. no-chain paintings store. The first component - search mechanism All Of Art - will work on the basis of a neural network in two directions: 1. semantic search - search by words; having entered the words describing the desired picture (color palette, genre or plot) the platform visitor will receive the list of the most relevant paintings complying with his request; 2. graphic search - search by photo or screenshot, search engine will offer stylistically similar artworks of the desired genre, similar popular artworks. The site's neural network will take into account both the user's individual search experience and the general statistics. New art trends will be continuously analyzed. The second component is the social aggregator of the artist. Our platform will implement a single client strategy for all the known social networks. Any artist represented on All Of Art can authorize in the aggregator all of his accounts in different social networks and receive all notifications in one place. By means of special algorithms the aggregator will find all the references to an artist in social networks and notify the user about them. This simplifies routine reputation promotion activities in social networks. A toolkit for publications is also provided. The artist, placing a new picture on All Of Art, will have the opportunity to publish his work in all his social networks accounts. The third component is an artworks store. Artists will be able to sell their works on the All Of Art site. Our platform is non-profit that rules out the possibility of charging any commissions for transactions or for the artist's sales turnover. In order to ensure that the site will always act in the interests of artists, All Of Art is being developed as a decentralized project, which will be placed under the management of the artists themselves. The transparency of the decisions made by the artists and the reliability of control over their implementation will be ensured by the block chain technology for voting, fixing decisions and accounting for expenditures.
