🌄✨ Embark on a journey with me from Rodi to Lago Tremorgio, a solo hike that promised adventure, beauty, and a test of endurance. Starting at the cable car's ground station in Rodi, I began my ascent 🚶♂️. The trail was steep at times ⛰️, but the breathtaking views of Valle Leventina made every step worth it 🌲🌼. For three to four hours, I climbed, enveloped in nature's grandeur, until I reached the lake 🏞️. Lago Tremorgio remained hidden until the very last moment, unveiling its stunning clear blue waters only when I stood right before it 🌊💙. Captivated by the lake's beauty, I decided to hike around it, aiming to reach another lake beyond 🥾. Midway through my journey around Lago Tremorgio, I discovered a perfect spot to rest 🌸🦋. The weather was so inviting that time slipped away unnoticed 🌞🕰️. Suddenly, a weather warning interrupted my peaceful reverie – a storm was on its way 🌩️⛈️. Facing the danger of descending in such conditions, I chose to set up my tent and spend the night there ⛺🌙. As the storm raged around me 🌪️, I stayed safe in my makeshift shelter, luck on my side 🍀. That next night, the storm hit Ticino region hard, right where I was. The night turned out to be an unexpected delight; I cooked a hearty meal over a campfire 🍲🔥 and relished my first experience of camping in the wild 🌌🌲. Come morning, my original plan to reach the second lake was thwarted by another weather warning 🌧️. Prioritizing safety, I decided to head back down 🧗♂️. The descent was a cautious one, with the storm intensifying 🌫️. This adventure was more than a hike; it was a tale of nature's unpredictability, the beauty of solitude, and the thrill of survival 🌿🏕️.
