A beautiful Extreme Demon from a very talented Russian creator, it's always a treat to play levels of this difficulty with equally impactful visuals and effects, it makes it feel like the complete package, and this level goes beyond that. The art, both in the backgrounds and foregrounds look fantastic, the atmosphere is built from the very beginning, with the soft yet varied color palette serving to amplify this. I also really like the block design used here, the neon effects make the obstacles and structures stand out and separates them from the backgrounds. My favorite part has to be the city section, it looks and feels alive and the song that's jamming with the lasers going off in all directions is perfect.
