Looking for a high quality leather keychain for your AirTag that doesn’t add a lot of bulk? You might want to check out the Leather Loop by Nomad. Nomad makes gorgeous full grain vegetable tanned leather products, and their new Leather Loop is no exception. It is super minimalist, adding almost no bulk to the AirTag, and the leather has a great look and feel. Nomad sources their leather from one of the oldest tanneries in the USA—the Horween Leather Co in Chicago--and the leather is full grain, vegetable tanned and very premium. One downside of the Leather Loop is that it attaches via super strong 3M adhesive, so it is a poor choice for those who want to frequently switch between AirTag holders. The adhesive will come off without a problem and should not leave a residue behind, but it isn’t possible to stick it back on. Replacing the AirTag battery does not require removal of the Leather Loop, however—there is sufficient flexibility to allow the AirTag battery compartment door to be twisted off for a battery change without taking off the Leather Loop. Overall, a really nice product from Nomad. Pros: * Full grain, vegetable tanned Horween leather gives the product a premium feel * PVD coated stainless steel key ring * Adds very little thickness to the AirTag * Easy to install via 3M adhesive * Leather color matches other Nomad accessories * Does not require removal in order to change AirTag battery Cons: * Not a great choice for frequent case changers—once removed, cannot easily be reattached * Does not provide much protection for the AirTag, as the sides are quite exposed. Nomad does sell more rugged AirTag holders, however. The Nomad Leather Loop for AirTag is available directly from Nomad as well as from other retailers and is priced at $24.95.
