Choreographer Mark Morris may be best known for his work in the dance world, but he's got the other foot firmly planted in the world of music. He's conducted orchestras, directed operas and ensures that all his performances involve live music. Mark joins arts critic John Rockwell on Banff Centre Talks to discuss conducting and the role of music in his career. Mark was a guest faculty in the Music department July 2015 with the Masterclass program for Strings & Winds as well as the Open Space: Opera in the 21st Century.
