Harding dedicates the Lincoln Memorial in D.C. on May 30, 1922; Ex-Pres. Taft and Joseph Cannon also officiate. Harding dedicates the Zero Milestone (in D.C.) of the National Hgwy. System on June 4, 1923. Harding, Mrs. Harding, Sec. of War Weeks, and Gen. Pershing attend the 1923 graduation exercises at the Army War College (D.C.). The Pres. and Mrs. Harding view the unveiling of the Alexander Hamilton statue in D.C. Reel 2, Harding's body lies in state at the White House on Aug. 8, 1923.
