This sheet pan shrimp boil is so fun and easy to make! It’s an oven version of your classic shrimp boil recipe. Shrimp, sausages, potatoes and corn are all baked in one pan and it’s also bursting with flavor!! Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil Ingredients 1 lb shrimp, peeled or unpeeled 12 oz sausage (andouille, smoked or kielbasa), sliced on a diagonal 1 lb bite sized potatoes 6 frozen mini corn on the cob, thawed; or 2 ears of fresh corn* 3 tablespoons butter, melted 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 garlic cloves, minced Old Bay seasoning Extra olive oil for drizzling Directions Place potatoes into a pot and fill it with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine melted butter, olive oil and garlic together in a bowl. Slice mini corn in half if desired. Arrange shrimp, sausages, potatoes and corn on a baking sheet. Pour over butter mixture. Generously season with Old Bay seasoning, about a heaping tablespoonful. Bake for 15 minutes. Drizzle over more olive oil and season with more Old Bay if desired. This is great with garlic bread! Note *If using fresh corn on the cob parboil for 5 minutes.
