1. Hilsa fish : 2. Salt : According to taste 3. Turmeric powder : Now mix them well, and keep aside for 20 minutes. Take a mixer grinder: 4. Black mustard seed powder : 3 tbsp 5. Salt : Little bit 6. Green chillis : 3 nos Make a smooth paste. Strain the paste just to take out the liquid part. Take one frying pan and add mustard oil till it get warm. Add : 7. Black cumin seed : 1/2 tsp 8. Pierced green chilli : 5 nos 9. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp 10. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp Add water and boil for three minutes. Add the fishes, boil for 3 minutes, add little salt, now add mustard powder paste, again boil for 3 minutes, add thee green chilli, again boil for two minutes. Off the gas flame, lastly add 1 tsp mustard oil. Wait for few minutes and serve.
