Ellen Albertini Dow, the actress best known for singing "Rapper's Delight" in the 1998 Adam Sandler film The Wedding Singer, died Monday at 101, Deadline confirmed via her agent. A Pennsylvania native, Albertini Dow studied acting in New York City before working with mimes Marcel Marceau and Jacques LeCog in Paris. She toured the Borscht Belt as part of a comedy act before becoming a drama professor at Los Angeles City College.
