Over the holidays I gained weight. I decided to commit to 30 days of healthy habits to get back on track. Protein PB&J Roll Ups - 40g Kodiak pancake mix - 1 scoop protein powder - 50g egg whites - 50g cashew milk - sprinkle of cinnamon *mix until all ingredients are combined. * pour mixture in to a pan with some oil/ spray on medium high heat.Then move the mixture around to cover the bottom of the entire pan. * let cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes * Spread peanut butter and jam on top then roll up.
