I explored more of Delhi's street food offerings, this time in the INA Market area. The first thing I ate there was vada. Vada is a donut shaped savoury snack, that I've tried before in Sri Lanka. I thought the one I had in Sri Lanka was a bit dry and could do with some sauce or something. Even better than sauce is sambar, which is what this shop in Delhi serves the vada with.
