Poaching is a healthy way to cook eggs as it doesn’t use oil or butter, therefore cutting down calories in your diet. Instructions: Learn to easily poach 6 eggs at once. Crack 3 eggs into a strainer to drain off the watery part of the egg whites. Transfer them into a shallow bowl. Repeat the process for another 3 eggs. Fill a pan with 2 inches of water. Using medium heat, bring it to a simmer. Gently drop the first bowl of eggs into one side of the pan. Drop the second bowl into the opposite side. Reduce the heat to a low simmer, and let them poach for 3 1/2 minutes. Then dish them out with a slotted spoon. They have perfectly runny egg yolks! Enjoy!
