Can you plug a standard XLR microphone into the 1/8" (3.5mm) input on your camera.....and have it actually work? You'd be surprised. But just always remember to use your audio knowledge and do some testings, because you can get a lot done with information and tools, even if the tools aren't always perfect. Enjoy!
