The duo has around 77 physical alterations between them including 50 piercings, 11 body implants, 4 ear expanders, one forked tongue and something called ‘decorative scars’ – something tells us this couple has a high pain threshold! The couple met in 2006 through social media site Orkut. For Paolo, it was love at first sight, but Katya was not as keen and initially blocked him!
