I can't wait to share my full pregnancy transformation with you after our baby is born! It's been so fun to share research, tips, and stories about pregnancy with you, but it's extra special to be able to teach and learn while I'm on MY OWN pregnancy journey! My plan for this pregnancy is to stay healthy naturally and avoid extra medical stuff as much as possible. We plan to deliver our baby with a midwife during a home birth and maybe even try a water birth this time???
