Late 'Friends' star Matthew Perry's cause of death has been revealed in a toxicology report. Medical officials in Los Angeles have confirmed the 54-year-old's death was accidental, and caused by the "acute effects of ketamine". Perry had been found unconscious in a hot tub at his Pacific Palisades home in Los Angeles on October 28. His death shocked the world and Hollywood. Perry was most famously known for playing Chandler Bing in the hit television comedy series, Friends.
