Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Roman Burki is evidently the superstitious type after footage emerged of his bizarre pre-match ritual this week. Dortmund's official YouTube channel took the opportunity to edit all of their first-choice goalkeeper's pre-game rituals into one video. As the captains line up for the conventional toss of the coin to determine who will kick off the game Burki was seen sneaking up behind the officials and either stealing the match-day ball off them or one of the mascots. He was seen doing this unusual routine before the start of several games. But the 26-year-old, who joined Dortmund from Freiburg in 2015, didn't just stick to one method. Burki adopted many different approaches to ensure he could get his hands on the ball before his 90-minute duties of net-minding.
