Season with 1tbsp calamansi juice, 1/4tsp salt, black pepper, granulated seasonings and 1tbsp minced garlic. Mix well and marinate for atleast 30mins. Season flour and egg with salt & pepper to taste. Coat squid with flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Preheat pan with 1 cup cooking oil. Deep fry the coated squid rings over medium heat until golden brown.
