From its origin as the Caterpillar dealer for the northern thirty-nine counties in Alabama operating out of three Alabama locations in Birmingham, Decatur and Tuscaloosa, Thompson Tractor is now the full-line Caterpillar dealer for Alabama and northwest Florida. We employ nearly 1,400 people in almost thirty locations throughout our territory.
