5 weeks pregnancy | Pregnancy Week by Week Hi everyone! Today, I'm going to be talking about the exciting journey of pregnancy during the fifth week. At this stage, your baby is the size of a sesame seed. Amazingly, its heart is already beating and its brain is starting to develop. The baby's umbilical cord is fully formed, and organs such as the liver, kidneys, and intestines are taking shape. Your body is also going through changes. You may start to experience morning sickness and nausea, as well as tenderness in your breasts. You may also notice changes in your appetite and energy levels. These are all normal and expected changes. It is important to make sure you are taking the right steps to ensure the health of you and your baby. Your doctor may recommend prenatal vitamins to be taken daily, and a healthy and balanced diet is essential. Exercise is important too, so make sure to talk to your doctor about what type and intensity of exercise are appropriate for you at this stage in your pregnancy. That's all for this week. Thanks for joining me and I'll see you next week for an update on your baby's development! The information in this video is for educational purposes only.
