The "SHASHMAKAM" style of the eastern music has been the precious stone among the music art of Uzbek and Tajik people. It was the result of a centuries long work for development and perfection of the basic of musical style of the East. "Makam" from the arabic language means "the place of musical sound" or "curtain at musical instrument" or "musical composition". As for “Shashmakam” it means six makams in a certain order. The ancient various of makam has not reach ourdays because of the of lack of coinciding notes. But as we learned from some scientific sources they had various forms. “Twelve makams”cycle was more complicated and played a great role in developing Shashmakam
