In the video today we will make Hunters Chicken 2 ways. We will serve the BBQ Chicken wrapped in bacon(베이컨에 바비큐 소스와 치즈를 곁들인 치킨) as a main meal and if you have never had a HUNTERS CHICKEN SANDWICH (헌터 스 치킨 샌드위치) you will enjoy the combination of flavours and this makes a great brunch/lunch menu and is a great alternate way to serve this menu. We will also use a Homemade BBQ sauce (홈메이드 바베큐 소스) that is also easy to make. Hunter's chicken is classic pub food and so delicious to eat. Ingredients BBQ Sauce 1 cup of Tomato Ketchup ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar ¼ cup Dark brown sugar or Molasses 2tbs Honey Mustard 1tbs Hot sauce 3tbs Maple syrup 1tsp Garlic Powder 1tsp Onion Powder 1tbs Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper 1tsp Cayenne pepper 1tsp Cumin 1tsp Paprika HUNTERS CHICKEN 2 Chicken Breast 1 pack of Bacon (3 slices per chicken breast) BBQ sauce (homemade or shop bought) 1 cup of Cheese (Colby jack & mozzarella) Instructions. Preheat your oven 180c. Cook the chicken breasts wrapped in bacon for 30min. Then cover with BBQ sauce of your choice and cheese then place back into the oven for another 30min until the cheese is golden brown and melted. Serve and enjoy.
