Here is what you'll need! Ingredients: Lachcha 1 pack lachcha semai 1 tbsp ghee ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup powdered milk Milk Base 2 cups whole milk 1 cup powdered milk ½ cup condensed milk 3 tbsp cornstarch ¼ cup cream Instructions: 1. Stir lachcha semai with ghee in a pan 2. Add sugar and continue to stir then set aside 3. Add whole milk in a pot along with powdered milk, condensed milk and cornstarch and stir until it thickens 4. Add cream and stir then remove from heat 5. Place half of the lachcha on a baking glassware and pour the milk base 6. Put the remaining lachcha on top of the base, press down a little 7. Garnish with nuts and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving 8. Ready to Enjoy! Enjoy!
