Tannat is a native grape of Southwest France, that is now flourishing in Uruguay. Wines that come from Uruguay like Familia Deicas are not very famous around the world with only a small percentage of the wines from Uruguay being exported. Here we are going to taste it and get to know these deep ruby colored wines. Flavors of stewed raspberry notes, pronounced palate intensity, dry sweetness, medium+ alcohol and tannin, this wine has balanced all its fruits, but I am not getting the taste that I have expected. Watch the video to see how I reviewed this Tannat from Uruguay.
