Recently, we built this 2x1x1m box set-up with a bar in the middle to simulate a Rail Triple Kong that I've been eyeing to do outside. A gym environment with spring floor and mats is definitely a perfect place to work on a very technically difficult move, so I decided to film how I broke it down. It took me two days of about 40mins to commit and land the triple kong. As you can tell, it's far from comfortable/consistent, and to be honest, the one I'm looking at is still a fair bit bigger than this (and with other random variables/higher consequence)... so I still have work to do before bringing this outside...
