Repetition through spaced learning is the best way to fully ingrain your study material. This has been shown to dramatically improve grades at all levels. You can use this audio to study as normal, OR you can utilize the method outlined below. You should try it at least once as it really does help with recall! You can also use this audio to write up essays as the tones/music will assist in focusing your mind. -- This study aid is structured in a way that allows you to repeat your study in THREE half hour segments. Not only that, but through the use of subtle isochronic tones, each segment will guide you into deeper levels of receptivity, starting with Beta and ending with Theta. This will ensure that with every repetition, the material will slowly become more and more consolidated within your mind! CRAM, REVIEW & CONSOLIDATE (CRC) 00:00 - 30:00 - PHASE ONE (CRAM): Within the Beta state your mind is active and alert and can process facts rapidly. Don't stress about internalizing everything at this stage - this will happen over the course of the audio. The key is to form a solid foundation which can be reinforced with every passing phase... ***Take a 5-10 MINUTE BREAK*** - Do anything: preferably something physical, e.g. domestic chores 30:00 - 60:00 - PHASE TWO (REVIEW): Recap the information from Phase One. The Alpha state is highly conductive to learning and will encourage a further assimilation of your study material. TIP: Try to work from the top of your head, instead of copying directly from a text book. ***Take another 5-10 MINUTE BREAK*** 1:00:00 - 1:30:00 - PHASE THREE (CONSOLIDATE): Repeat your study AGAIN for maximum integration! These high-theta/low alpha waves are ideal for super-learning and enhance the receptive state induced by the high alpha/low beta waves in Phase Two. Budzynski states that in this 'twilight' state, "..the brain has these properties of uncritical acceptance of verbal material or any material it can process". ***If repeating the cycle, be sure to take another break**** Tip: Memory consolidation continues in your sleep. Try studying before bedtime for best results. If you want to extend any of the individual segments (phases 1-3), simply click on one of the annotations at the bottom right of the screen. Repeat the cycle as many times as you think is necessary! Another way to use this audio is to use the entire duration as a CRAM session. You'd then replay the audio for the 'REVIEW' and 'CONSOLIDATE' segments. So instead of 30 mins, you'll be dedicating 90 mins to each repetition, with larger breaks in between. This is more for the hardcore student! ----- Our goal is to make your study easier and more efficient.
