Here's a quick guide on obtaining the Charged Pulse Cannon in Rage 2 and the Ark location required to get this weapon. It's a pretty good gun and is located towards the South West part of the map. You'll need to do a couple of objectives before gaining access to the ark which involve destroying the nearby substations. After that, you should be able to obtain the Charged Pulse Cannon.
