Recipe Crystal Skin 280g Sago 320g Water Black Sesame Mung Bean Paste 100g Black Sesame 55g Brown Sugar 50g Mung Bean ( wash, drain & soak) 1/8 tsp Salt 1.5 tbsp Glutinous Rice Flour 100g Water Banana Leaves / Non-stick Baking Paper 50g mooncake mould This is the easiest dough to wrap/ shape amongst other moon cake doughs - non sticky to fingers. And this chewy moon cake can be stored in fridge for one to two weeks. Re-steam for about 8 - 10 mins to achieve softness & chewy.
