Then, there will be a break of 10 minutes (or 9). During the live study with me, I repeat this for 8-14 hours. This is a double Pomodoro timer (60\10 or 60\9). The Pomodoro technique is very powerful. Breaks are essential to keep the efficiency of your study high. Always take them! I have a timer for all these scenarios.
