I call it crunchy audio. Have you tried EVERYTHING you can think of with nothing at all working? Reinstalling Voicemeeter doesn't fix it? Increasing process priority for audiodg.exe does nothing? Changing processor affinity for audiodg.exe to use only 1 physical core of your CPU also does nothing? It's not a buffer issue? Check your PC or motherboard manufacturer's website to see if there's an update for the audio driver. Mine is ASUS and Realtek audio driver.
