Houthis Claim Drone Attack on Four Ships at Israel's Haifa Port Yemen-based Houthis say they have attacked four ships at Israel's northern Haifa port in a joint operation with the Islamic Resistance in Iraq militant group. The Houthi military spokesperson, Yahya Sarea, said that the two groups launched a drone attack on two cement tankers and two cargo ships at the Haifa port on June 22. He said the ships "violated the ban on entering the ports of occupied Palestine". This comes as the Houthis have stepped up attacks in the Red Sea, targeting ships in what they claim is in solidarity with Palestinians in the Gaza war. Earlier, the Houthis claimed to have attacked the US aircraft carrier Eisenhower; however, this claim was dismissed by the US military.
