Meiringspoort is an incredibly scenic route which is mesmerising and spectacular. It could be counted as one of the most amazing passes in South Africa. This road takes you through the Swartberg mountains from Klaarstroom to De Rust. We recorded virtually the complete route for you to enjoy with us. We stopped at the waterfalls to have a quick look and then also visited the site where C.J Langenhoven carved out the name of one of his characters in the rockface.
