This time used two different shaping methods to make 2 styles (1. Bread Rolls, 2. Pizza Style). Bread roll wraps sausage by twining method, pizza style open up sausage by cutting twisting style. When dough is well fermented and baked, rolls expand spirally, and pizza-shaped twisted pattern open up, with golden brown color. Once baked, melted butter is glazed while hot, promotes smooth and soft surface. Tear apart, internal texture is soft, fluffy and stringpull. Bread roll within contains salty cheese + sausage topped with white sesame fragrance, pizza style top cheese mayonnaise melted dripping all around the buns + tomato/chili sauce, so irresistibly appetizing and drooling. Storage Method: Drizzle with Tomato/Chili Sauce right before eating. Once baked and cool completely, keep in sealed plastic bag, store at room temperature for 3 days, or freezer storage for about one month.
